A UT Austin journalism graduate and award-winning reporter, Tracy spent two decades chasing stories with the same clarity she now brings to fiction and faith. Her byline moved from newsroom deadlines to public information — serving as PIO for the Austin Police Department and Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, covering major crimes and communicating in the hardest moments.
She is also a victim advocate, an epilepsy miracle survivor — free of debilitating seizures since 2017 — and a leader of an online support community for the newly diagnosed. Today she writes as a young-onset Parkinson’s advocate and an active member and women’s Bible study leader at Antioch Church in Georgetown, Texas.
